Crystal-Guided Sessions
The crystals have something to say. We’re going to give them room to say it.
In person, we start with you. I’ll guide you through feeling for the crystals that want to participate in your reading. You get to try, ask questions, and see what you notice. If you aren’t able to find them yourself, I’ll find them. There’s no test to pass here, honey.
Then I lay all the cards out in a glorious chaos. Holding each participating crystal in my receptive hand, I let it guide my dominant hand to choose cards.
Together, we explore the reading, talk through what comes up, and make room for your questions. This session gives us time to follow the connections and spend longer with whatever catches your attention.
You don’t need experience with crystals or cards. Bring your curiosity and whatever you’d like to explore.
Available in person at Mindful Matters or online through Google Meet. For online sessions, I select the participating crystals.

Narrative Sorting
Your mind is constantly interpreting the world around you, building stories from your experiences, beliefs, emotions, and expectations. Those stories influence what you perceive, how you respond, and the choices you make.
Narrative Sorting is a guided process that teaches you to recognize those patterns, challenge assumptions, examine situations from multiple perspectives, and use critical thinking and imagination to develop more intentional responses.
The goal isn’t to tell you what to think. It’s to strengthen your ability to think for yourself, navigate difficult situations, and make choices that serve the life you’re building.

Sometimes life leaves us carrying some heavy emotional shit. Grief, heartbreak, shame, anger, loneliness. Sometimes you know exactly what you're carrying. Other times, you just know something feels out of balance.
Aunt Mellie's Energy Work draws on the spiritual principles behind Reiki, expanding beyond the pure violet ray to work with different colors of light according to your needs.
Each ray has its own purpose:
- Violet light is the foundation of the practice, drawing on Reiki principles.
- Yellow light helps soothe struggles involving the ego, including shame and anger.
- Green light supports work with grief, loneliness, isolation, and heartbreak.
- White light strengthens and amplifies the other rays.
We'll work together to determine where you'd like to focus, always respecting your comfort, boundaries, and consent.
This is spiritual energy work intended to support personal well-being, not a substitute for medical or mental health treatment.
